Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction in regard to our products and therefore returns are possible in all items except underwear.
You can return your items within 14 days from the day you received your package. In case you wish for a credit note, you must note that it is issued within 5 days from the day we received your package under the following return terms.
If not all the required conditions are fulfilled, so as to proceed to the return, your return will not be accepted.

- Tags and labels must still be attached to the products in their original state.
- The products must be returned in their original packaging intact.
- If you wish to try your items, we kindly ask you to wear underwear.
- If all the required conditions are fulfilled so as to proceed to the return, the seller will refund the buyer fully for the price of the returned products.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
- The buyer is responsible for the return of the product to the seller’s address.
- If you wish, you can proceed with a courier of your choice.
- The seller is not responsible for any loss of returned packages.
- Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
